Expression of interest is invited by Head, ISI, Delhi Centre, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi for electrical consultancy.

(A) Scopcope of work shall include the following: -

1. Discuss and finalize proposal for the electrical system.

2. Calculate the electrical load requirements, workout the maximum load required.

3. Design Power Distribution System from receiving power at high voltage at one point stepping down to working voltage and its further distribution to each load centre.

4. Design and determine the size and length of cables require for the various load center.

5. Design all electrical panels as required.

6. Design complete earthing system including dedicated earthing for transformer and D.G. Set.

7. Design complete internal and external lighting system including the type of fixtures.

8. Design telecommunication system, cable TV system in consolation with Owners.

9. Preparing the drawings for internal wiring of units, power distribution system, external lighting system and telephone system

10. Preparing tender documents on the basis of D.S.R. for the approved scheme including conditions of contract, specifications and bill of quantities.

11. Suggest the prospective bidders.

12. Inspect the work as and when required and taking measurement fo works at site, Day to Day supervision is not in our scope.

13. On completion of work, to check the installation and certify this work has been done as per specifications.

(B) Professional fees for the following may be quoted: -

a. Type A,B,C,D, quarters (rewiring work i/c SDB, Main Panet, Feeder Pillar).

b. External electrical work.

c. Fee to be quoted per sq. ft. of covered area for E.I. works of public buildings.

d. Design and prepare BOQ and tender papers for S/I of D/G/ Set.

e. Services charges, if any.

(C ) Payment terms

Terms of payment of professional fees may be indicated.
