The SQC & OR Division of the Institute is engaged in Teaching, Research, Training and Consultancy to industries/organizations through 10 units located in different parts of the country. At professional level, M. Tech. in Quality, Reliability & Operations Research, PG diploma and certificate courses in SQC & OR are offered. This division is a pioneer in promoting application of statistics, Reliability Engineering and operations research in India for more than five decades.
