We will discuss the eigenvalue statistics for random operators on the lattice. In the region where the operators have exponentially localised states, we show that the limiting statistics is Compound Poisson in the case when the random perturbations are of rank bigger than one. In particular this result extends to random Schrodinger operators for which similar result holds.
