The Hub works to strengthen India&#8217;s capacity for low-carbon, sustainable growth by combining rigorous domestic research with global expertise. Prior to joining ISGH, Chitra worked as a researcher at the World Bank, where her research focused on the intersection of climate and poverty, and at J-PAL (the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab), where she contributed to evidence-based research aimed at understanding and addressing poverty.
