ICORGTE26 Best Paper Award

Description: This award recognizes  the most outstanding paper  presented by the student at the Conference (ICORGTE26) related to one of the topics of  the conference  listed on the conference  website.
 
Eligibility: The award is given  to the author of the best paper(s) accepted/published by  journals/conference proceedings within  two years of  the nomination deadline. The research must have been conducted while the applicant was a Ph.D,, Master or Bachelor student. At most one author of an eligible paper can be awarded. In order to be eligible, the participant must:

·     be an author of a paper accepted for presentation in the symposium

·     be a student (Ph.D., Master or Bachelor student) registered at an academic institution

·     be an author of the paper accepted/published by  journals/conference proceedings

·     be a registered participant of the symposium

·     present the paper at the symposium.
 

Basis for Selection: Papers are judged by a selection committee based on technical merit, originality, the potential impact on the field, clarity of the written paper, and quality of the  presentation.

Announcement: The winner will receive a “Best Paper Award Certificate”. The awards will be given in two categories: (1) Methodology, and (2) Applications. The two runner-up papers will receive Runner-up Award Certificate” in each category. The award will be announced and presented at the Conference. The results  will be published in the Conference website.

How to submit: The published/accepted paper in pdf format of the journal/conference proceedings (Acceptance letter should be attached if it is not yet published) along with the nomination  letter (Certifying that the participant and the submitted  paper meet the eligibility criteria and Attesting that all co-authors (if any) of the paper have agreed to the nomination) and participant’s CV( at most 2 pages) can be sent to:
