  • While filling up the form, under "Mobile Number" enter just the mobile number without any 'country code', '+', '-' etc., and the appropriate registration fee amount in US Dollars from the following two options.
  • Registration Fee in US Dollars
    • PhD Students - Affiliated to non-Indian institutions - US$ 89 (US$ 75 + 18% GST*)
    • Other Participants - Affiliated to non-Indian institutions - US$ 177 (US$ 150+ 18% GST*)

Payment link for cards issued in India (credit card, debit card, net banking, Paytm (Wallet))
  • While filling up the form, enter an Indian PIN code (postal index number), and the appropriate registration fee amount in Indian Rupees from the following four options.
  • Registration Fee in Indian Rupees
    • (Exchange rate used: US$1=INR 83)
    • PhD Students - Affiliated to Indian institutions - INR 2,360 (INR 2,000 + 18% GST*)
    • PhD Students - Affiliated to non-Indian institutions - INR 7,387 (US$ 75 + 18% GST*)
    • Other Participants - Affiliated to Indian institutions - INR 4,720 (INR 4,000 + 18% GST*)
    • Other Participants - Affiliated to non-Indian institutions - INR 14,691 (US$ 150 + 18% GST*)

The registration fee structure is as follows:

Paper Presenters:
 
PhD Students: Indian Rupees 2,000  (+18% GST*)  for PhD students based in India;  US$ 75   (+18% GST*)  for overseas PhD students.
 
Others: Indian Rupees 4,000   (+18% GST*)  for participants based in India;  US$ 150   (+18% GST*)  for overseas participants.
 
Registration fee will include lunches, snacks and coffee/tea during breaks, and one gala dinner on 20th December. 

Other Participants:
 
Same as above except that registration fee does NOT include the gala dinner on 20th December. 

* GST stands for Goods and Services Tax.
