Shreyaswini is a Research Assistant at CECFEE, Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Madras School of Economics and is primarily interested in applying data and econometrics to address policy-relevant questions, with a focus on energy, environment, and development economics. Her Master’s thesis examines household cooking fuel choices in India, analyzing how subsidies and inflation shape fuel stacking behavior.

Mr. Avinash is a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial management and community development. He holds an MBA in Financial Management and has over six years of experience in the development sector, specializing in finance and administration. Throughout his career, Mr. Avinash has demonstrated a keen focus on financial management, ensuring effective resource allocation and budgeting for projects aimed at fostering community growth. In addition to his finance expertise, Mr. Avinash has also worked extensively in programs related to Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) and education, contributing to initiatives that support the empowerment of marginalized communities. His passion for financial management is matched by his dedication to driving positive change in the communities he serves. Mr. Avinash is committed to making a meaningful impact through his work, using his skills to help develop and uplift communities both financially and socially.

Ishita Datta

Ishita Datta

Ishita Datta is the Managing Director at the Centre for research on the Economics of Climate, Food, Energy and Environment, Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi. She has an M. Phil in Resource Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) Bhopal, India. She worked as a consultant with various multilateral agencies, government and consulting firms. Her core competence and forte lies in project management, on site assessment and documentation for Environment Assessment, Environment Impact Assessment(EIA) studies, preparation of Environment Management plans, Environment safeguards, etc.
