A number of Diophantine questions are related with linear recurrence sequences. We discuss some of them. The first one deals with the zeroes of such a sequence: the theorem of Skolem, Mahler and Lech has many applications. We explain one of them, dealing with dynamical systems. It also raises several open problems.
Diophantine equations involving linear recurrence sequences abound; we introduce a joint work with Claude Levesque involving families of Diophantine equations; a side result is an explicit solution for an interpolation problem.
