On Asymptotically Harmonic Spaces
Abstract of Talk
First I will present my result: If $M$ is an asymptotically harmonic manifold of constant $h > 0$, then $M$ is a hyperbolic manifold of constant sectional curvature $\lbrace -h^2 \rbrace \ \lbrace 4 \rbrace$. Then I will talk about my two recent results viz: (1) The above result can be extended to the case $h = 0$. (2) Non-compact, flat manifolds of dimension $3$ exhibit a rigidity property.
