Video Conference (VC) Room-Seminar Room I
- Computer Center’s Video Conference setup is installed in Seminar Room I (First Floor-Admin. Block) for the purpose of bookings for events such as video conferencing meeting, seminars, Interviews, multimedia presentations etc.
- The Seminar Room I is equipped with two big size monitor/television (one monitor is 85-inch size and other is 42-inch size), and two conference mic phone, one Windows desktop PC.
- The Seminar Room I also having a Chalk Writing Blackboard and a Non Magnetic White Board.
Video Conference (VC) Room Booking
- Booking requests should be only through CSSC-Kolkata.
- Any other booking methods will be confirmed only after checking with CSSC-Kolkata.
- For regular meetings and one time meetings, bookings are possible. In general, reservations will be confirmed by the authorized Administrative staff.
- Booking requests should be in advance as much as possible.
NOTE: if you have a VC schedule with or VC invitation from our Headquarter or outlying centre, then pls share the details in advance with Computer Centre.
Video Conference (VC) Room Technical Support and Usage
- Computer Centre will support connectivity between Monitor, Desktop/Laptop, and any network related issues.
- Computer Centre will not give any other arrangement support like food, serving and cleaning.
- No shifting, unplugging of VC equipment.
